This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at targeting enterprise account lists within designated verticals, incorporating customized outreach and social selling on LinkedIn to establish trust with senior decision-makers.
• Skillfully address objections and lead prospects through the sales funnel, consistently performing necessary preparation and follow-up to assist the team in surpassing revenue targets.
• Provide support to a sales team of nearly 20 Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of outbound leads, guaranteeing that meetings are of high quality, well-qualified, and positioned for successful handoffs.
• Leverage Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to enhance prospecting, tracking, and account management, which includes building and maintaining organized account and contact lists.
• Identify key accounts and event participants, proactively reaching out to arrange meetings for the team prior to conferences and industry events, and attending select conferences to facilitate in-person networking.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine and enhance sales processes through automation, while consistently adhering to a repeatable, process-oriented outbound approach.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an enterprise BDR role, ideally within the fraud, risk, or compliance sectors, or experience in consulting or financial investment.
• Strong work ethic and discipline, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and taking ownership of outcomes rather than merely activities.
• Proficiency in outbound sales processes and sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization, process orientation, and accountability to goals.
• Highly driven and ambitious, with a history of generating opportunities through both traditional outbound methods and contemporary LinkedIn-based social selling.
• Innovative problem-solver with the capability to find creative ways to penetrate top accounts and establish multi-threaded relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong time management, communication skills (both written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering long-term relationships in a meaningful way, rather than solely transactional outreach.
• Process-oriented mindset with a history of prospecting and scheduling meetings with potential clients across complex enterprises.
• Willingness to travel (10% – 20%) for conferences and industry events.
