This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• **What You’ll Be Doing:**

• Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance client acquisition and drive revenue growth.

• Lead, mentor, and support the client acquisition team by establishing sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.

• Identify new business prospects by defining target industries, ideal client profiles, and outreach strategies.

• Create, develop, and optimize outbound sales campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through discovery calls, client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate proposals, recommend customized staffing and recruitment solutions, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

• Track pipeline performance, project revenue, and analyze sales and campaign data to continuously refine business development strategies.

• Keep precise CRM records and ensure the team consistently logs interactions with prospects and clients.

• Foster long-term client relationships while pinpointing opportunities for account expansion, referrals, and additional services.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market changes to discover new growth opportunities.

• Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed, aligning with the role and overall business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Who We’re Looking For:**

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a business development or sales team is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful outbound business development strategies utilizing email, phone, and LinkedIn.

• Experience in selling B2B professional services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, HR solutions, SaaS, or similar service-based offerings is highly preferred.

• Strong grasp of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar tools.

• Demonstrated capability to create and enhance sales processes that boost conversion rates.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable functioning in a fast-paced remote work environment.

• Must be available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Available to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer.

• **Technical Requirements:**

• Comfortable using time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).

• Must possess a personal laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

• Backup equipment available in the event of power or internet outages.
