This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Carry out extensive outbound prospecting, making 40–60+ cold calls daily.
• Perform personalized, high-touch email outreach on a large scale.
• Connect with prospects via LinkedIn outreach and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Identify and focus on luxury real estate brokers, teams, developers, and builders.
• Create, segment, and oversee prospect lists within your designated region.
• Receive and assess inbound leads (around 7–10 each day).
• Lead discovery discussions to evaluate prospect needs and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on property value, timeline, suitability, and staging requirements.
• Schedule qualified walkthroughs and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log all activities accurately in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo).
• Monitor and manage daily performance metrics, including calls, emails, responses, and scheduled meetings.
• Provide weekly reports on performance and overall pipeline status.
• Maintain consistent pipeline hygiene and ensure data accuracy.
• Represent the brand professionally during all early-stage interactions.
• Inform prospects about the benefits of luxury staging in speeding up sales and increasing perceived property value.
• Build credibility and trust to establish a strong foundation for Account Executive engagement.
• 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales position.
• Previous experience selling to real estate professionals is highly preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Residing in the United States or capable of working U.S. business hours reliably.
• Highly resilient, competitive, and focused on results.
• Strong organizational abilities with a process-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, Calendly).
• Comfortable in a performance-driven, metrics-focused work environment.
