This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive the adoption and expansion of Bullhorn's Amplify AI-driven digital workforce platform within current customer accounts.

• Report directly to the Director of Sales & Strategy.

• Conduct onsite visits to customers to comprehend their workflows, challenges, and priorities.

• Identify opportunities where AI and automation solutions can yield significant benefits.

• Foster strong account relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and consistent point of contact.

• Guide teams and integrate AI-powered workflows into their daily operations.

• Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities across various teams, stakeholders, and use cases.

• Monitor account health and product usage, proactively supporting at-risk customers.

• Recognize and develop internal advocates within customer organizations.

• Maintain precise account records, activity logs, and next steps in Salesforce following interactions.

• Gather and disseminate customer insights and success stories to facilitate team learning and enablement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in recruitment/staffing (highly desirable), sales (AE/BDR), account management, or a comparable client-facing role.

• A commercial mindset coupled with the drive to grow accounts, pinpoint opportunities, and achieve results.

• Comfortable in establishing relationships in person and spending time onsite with clients.

• A strong curiosity about business operations with the ability to quickly grasp workflows and priorities.

• A substantial interest in AI and automation, with the motivation to become proficient in how these solutions generate business value.

• Coachable and oriented towards growth; actively seeks and applies constructive feedback.

• Organized and disciplined in managing accounts, pipelines, and follow-ups.

• Proficient in maintaining account records, activity logs, and next steps in Salesforce.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK (approximately 60–70%).
