This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Make over 60 outbound calls daily to Australian business owners utilizing our automatic dialer and lead sources such as Yellow Pages and Thryv.

• Pose insightful, purposeful questions to identify genuine opportunities and determine which leads are ready to transition to the field sales team.

• Gather essential information and provide qualified leads to Field Sales BDMs, ensuring they have everything necessary for a successful meeting.

• Diligently manage follow-ups through calls, SMS, and email to ensure no opportunity is overlooked.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and activity targets as established by the organization.

• Earn commission on the opportunities you create that successfully convert into sales.

• Keep accurate and organized pipeline notes and engage in regular team huddles and coaching sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• You can manage over 60 calls a day while maintaining a personable demeanor—your enthusiasm is genuine and evident.

• You ask intelligent questions and can distinguish between a casual greeting and a potential opportunity.

• You have experience in customer-facing or foundational sales roles—experience in retail, hospitality, or call centers is highly valued.

• You are motivated by clear objectives and derive genuine satisfaction from accomplishing them.

• You are organized, disciplined, and persistent—your ability to follow through is your greatest strength.

• You can effectively work from home and self-manage within a structured environment.

• A formal sales title is not required; you need enthusiasm, curiosity, and follow-through.
