This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Participate in business development and account management efforts within the designated territory to enhance revenue and meet sales goals.
• Utilize Safe-Guard’s branded training platform as a key differentiator and added value for dealer partners.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to implement strategies that optimize sales revenue and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct dealer training seminars aimed at boosting dealer profitability and increasing product sales penetration.
• Employ approved training and marketing resources.
• Support dealers in adhering to relevant laws and regulations through best-practice assessments and continuous training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer involvement in extensive F&I certification and training courses.
• Educate all dealer staff on product features, advantages, and value proposition.
• Execute action plans to enhance sales of the product suite.
• Initiate and lead dealer conversions through ongoing presentation meetings.
• Report to the National Sales Director and collaborate with a team to assist assigned districts.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the Automotive industry.
• At least three years of retail F&I experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Passion for acquiring knowledge about new technologies.
• Self-motivated, proactive individual with a demonstrated history of sales achievements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a client portfolio effectively.
• Experience in delivering in-store F&I training programs.
• Proven success in providing F&I training.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in menu selling.
• Proficient in selling a portfolio of F&I products.
• Background in sales development with consistent results.
• Experience in conducting practical training for dealer personnel.
• Capability to build relationships with key dealer personnel and create mutually beneficial productivity strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
