This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducts proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media engagement to establish connections with decision-makers and influencers within prospective biopharmaceutical companies.
• Develops and communicates persuasive messages tailored to each target audience, effectively articulating Syneos Health’s distinctive value proposition and service offerings.
• Implements key campaigns and conference initiatives to enhance market awareness and foster deeper engagement.
• Assesses incoming marketing leads and determines their suitability based on prospect requirements, pipeline stage, strength, outsourcing preferences, ongoing/future projects, financial status, and alignment with Syneos capabilities.
• Utilizes various tools to perform comprehensive needs assessments to evaluate opportunity quality and timing.
• Qualifies and transitions well-refined leads to the appropriate Inside Sales or Business Development team members for further engagement and negotiation.
• Maintains thorough, up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead qualification results, and account intelligence within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Offers real-time insights to Sales and Marketing regarding prospect engagement trends, messaging effectiveness, and areas for strategic improvement.
• Continuously engages prospects through thoughtful follow-up, sharing pertinent updates and opportunities to sustain interest.
• Collaborates with Business Insights (BI) and internal analytics teams to prioritize high-potential accounts and enhance territory engagement strategies through data and lead-scoring insights.
• Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, conversion quality, and lead maturity; employs data to refine strategies.
• Utilizes leads and insights from conferences, trade shows, and internal business development activities to identify new opportunities (including actively attending conferences and roadshows relevant to the supported region, as required).
• Engages in cross-functional collaboration sessions to exchange prospect feedback, best practices, and market intelligence.
• Performs additional work-related tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of a 4-Year/Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sectors in a sales, marketing, commercial operations, and/or business development role; experience from other industries will be considered based on transferable sales skills.
• Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
• Proven track record in high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; adept at building rapport and credibility with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and leveraging data analytics tools to inform outreach strategies and monitor effectiveness.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous learning and growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team meetings, training sessions, or industry events.
