📋 Description

• Engages in outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social interactions) to establish contact with decision-makers and influencers within potential biopharmaceutical organizations.

• Develops and delivers persuasive messages customized for each target, effectively communicating Syneos Health’s distinct value proposition and service offerings.

• Implements vital campaigns and conference initiatives to enhance market visibility and deepen stakeholder engagement.

• Assesses inbound Marketing leads and determines suitability based on prospect requirements, pipeline stage and strength, outsourcing preferences, current and upcoming projects, financial status, and alignment with Syneos capabilities.

• Utilizes various tools to conduct comprehensive needs assessments to ascertain opportunity quality and timing.

• Qualifies and transitions well-assessed leads to the relevant Inside Sales or Business Development team members for further interaction and negotiation.

• Maintains thorough and current documentation of all outreach efforts, lead qualification results, and account intelligence within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Provides immediate feedback to Sales and Marketing regarding prospect engagement trends, messaging efficiency, and areas for strategic enhancement.

• Continuously follows up with prospects through thoughtful outreach, sharing pertinent updates and opportunities to sustain interest.

• Collaborates with Business Insights (BI) and internal analytics teams to prioritize high-potential accounts and refine territory engagement strategies utilizing data and lead-scoring insights.

• Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, conversion quality, and lead maturity; employs data to refine strategies.

• Utilizes leads and insights gained from conferences, trade shows, and internal BD activities to identify new opportunities (including actively attending Conferences and roadshows relevant to the region they support, as needed).

• Engages in cross-functional collaboration sessions to exchange prospect feedback, best practices, and market intelligence.

• Performs additional work-related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a 4-Year Bachelor's Degree required.

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare sector in sales, marketing, commercial operations, and/or business development roles, with consideration for other industries based on transferable sales skills.

• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; capable of establishing rapport and credibility with senior-level stakeholders.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and leveraging data analytics tools to inform outreach strategies and monitor effectiveness.

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a dedication to continuous learning and development.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team meetings, training, or industry events.
