This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.
• Develop and direct the growth of clinical services across the Americas.
• Enhance market visibility and generate qualified leads and meetings for the Business Development Team.
• Reach out to potential clients via telephone, email, and direct mail.
• Aid in creating and executing long-term relationship strategies for both new and existing clients.
• Establish and apply best practices for inside sales in collaboration with the Business Development Leadership Team.
• Execute outreach initiatives in alignment with established KPIs.
• Assess account development processes, messaging, and technologies, and propose enhancements.
• Set account development production expectations and metrics that align with corporate objectives.
• Work alongside Business Development leadership on performance evaluations, mentoring, and development.
• Organize territory outreach calls with designated Business Development representatives.
• Identify prospective clients and contacts using ideal-account profiles, Citeline, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and news outlets.
• Recognize stakeholders and decision-makers and present the company's differentiators and capabilities.
• Refine outreach messaging utilizing activity, results, and marketing lead data.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies based on account, industry, pipeline, and therapeutic profiling.
• Initiate the sales process through calls, emails, and direct mail; comprehend prospect needs and introduce relevant services.
• Support conferences through pre-conference outreach and follow-up on leads.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to the Line Manager and Business Development executives.
• Document all activities in Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Mentor and train new members of the Inside Sales team.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and potential advancement into an outside sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 5 years of experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion, including overnight stays.
• Prior experience in account development and sales is preferred.
• A postgraduate degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutics and diagnostics development and the associated market.
• Experience in lead generation through cold calling, social media, referrals, outreach, and networking.
• Familiarity with Citeline, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Capability to identify stakeholders and decision-makers and to foresee and address objections.
• Skills in problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
