This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.
• Build and lead the growth of clinical services throughout the Americas
• Enhance market visibility and generate leads that yield qualified meetings for the Business Development Team
• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and direct mail
• Assist in developing strategies for building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• Establish and execute best practices for inside sales in collaboration with the Business Development Leadership Team
• Carry out outreach initiatives in alignment with established KPIs
• Evaluate account development processes, messaging, and technologies, providing recommendations for enhancements
• Set and implement production expectations and metrics for account development that align with corporate objectives
• Collaborate with Business Development leadership on performance assessments, mentoring, and professional growth
• Conduct territory outreach planning discussions with assigned Business Development representatives
• Identify potential clients and contacts using Citeline, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and news outlets
• Recognize stakeholders and decision-makers, introducing the company's unique advantages and capabilities
• Refine outreach messaging based on activity, outcomes, and marketing lead data
• Formulate territory and account strategies using account, industry, pipeline, and therapeutic profiling
• Initiate the sales process via calls, emails, and direct mail; understand prospect needs and present relevant services
• Provide support for conferences through pre-conference outreach and follow-up on leads
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to the Line Manager and Business Development executives
• Document all activities in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Mentor and train new members of the Inside Sales team
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and potential transitions into outside sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field
• Professional working proficiency in English
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, including overnight stays
• Knowledge of therapeutics and diagnostics development along with the associated market
• Experience in generating leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, outreach, and networking
• Ability to identify stakeholders, decision-makers, prospect needs, objections, and areas for process improvement
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred: experience in account development and sales
• Preferred: postgraduate degree
