This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establishes collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver sales solutions and support across various LFD business units.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to implement the overall sales strategy of the department.
• Oversees organization-wide procedures to ensure compliance with LFD regulations.
• Addresses and resolves increasingly complex operational and compliance issues and concerns.
• Inspires and enhances relationships within sales and business areas to execute targeted sales concepts and solutions that drive sales growth.
• Aims to achieve sales goals by defining, implementing, and managing intricate assignments necessary to achieve these objectives.
• Works together with internal stakeholders to complete various complex projects that propel the sales strategy forward.
• Recognizes, integrates, and communicates product needs, strategies, and field sales challenges and issues to sales management as they arise.
• Aids in the development and execution of tactical sales strategies that align with LFD’s vision and direction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in sales and relationship building.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 certifications required upon hire.
• FINRA Series 63 must be obtained within 90 days of the start date.
• Proven strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., management, peers, and colleagues); ability to foster collaborative approaches.
• A confident and comfortable communicator with robust written and verbal communication skills.
