Account Coordinator – Performance Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor project progress, oversee timelines, and arrange client deliverables.

• Take precise, actionable notes during both client and internal meetings.

• Aid in tracking campaign pacing and retainers.

• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and collect feedback.

• Acquire foundational knowledge of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to assist with strategy and execution.

• Generate and compile data reports with assistance from the media team.

• Help the team identify opportunities for account growth.

• Keep abreast of performance marketing trends and best practices.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that efforts align with client objectives.

• Complete relevant certifications and training to enhance your expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment.

• Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Passion for learning and advancing in a digital marketing career.

• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote setting.
