This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Cultivating a robust expertise in the execution of primary paid media channels, including Amazon Search, Walmart Search, Best Buy Search, and Target Search.
• Establishing the optimal approach for campaign construction: encompassing overall theme, keywords, target audiences, parameters, settings, advertisements, etc., to effectively achieve client objectives.
• Conducting daily monitoring of campaigns to identify performance variations and trends.
• Preparing performance reports for clients for the Account Manager’s assessment.
• Composing clear and persuasive communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Grasping various bidding strategies (smart bidding versus manual) and the rationale behind bid adjustments, while managing the transition from standard bids to other modifiers as required.
• Comprehending essential concepts related to audience strategy (remarketing, audience targeting/layering, persona development).
• Collaborating effectively across internal teams to oversee project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
• At least 6 months of experience in paid search (preferably Amazon Search, with Google Ads or Facebook Ads also acceptable) and familiarity with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated previous experience in a production-oriented or similar position.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in Excel; you should be adept in vlookup, pivot tables, concatenating, text to columns, and have a passion for working with data.
• Candidates considered for this position should reside in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
