• Keep precise account information and track deals using Salesforce.
• Oversee and prioritize incoming customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary.
• Assist the Account Manager by managing administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency and minimize manual errors.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, operational, or administrative position.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, with a focus on process-driven tasks.
• Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
