Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Team Velocity's processes, account management, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo.

• Assist in the preparation of Customer Success documents, such as meeting agendas, reporting decks, and general communications with clients.

• Engage in and document discussions during Client meetings and conference calls.

• Maintain ongoing communication with Account Teams regarding the status of deliverables and current projects using internal processes.

• Help address Client inquiries and needs promptly.

• Work on troubleshooting production issues and errors; escalate matters when necessary.

• Grasp Clients' objectives and effectively arrange deliverables to guarantee successful campaign outcomes.

• Update and manage Clients' Consumer Portal(s).

• Learn and keep up-to-date with compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers.

• Assist the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables; complete tasks proactively when possible.

• Familiarize yourself with your Clients! Acquire and maintain knowledge of Client Accounts; understand their Perfect Market.

• Stay informed about the Industry! Enhance your understanding of the automotive sector, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies.

• Maintain proactive daily communication in a professional and efficient manner with both colleagues and clients.

• Continuously seek opportunities to add value to the Client/Agency relationship.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Preferred experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, with a focus on tasks and attention to detail.

• Must be a critical thinker.

• Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to write, listen, and articulate information clearly, concisely, and professionally.

• Demonstrated capability to take proactive ownership of projects.

• Ability to set priorities and objectives effectively.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

• Must maintain focus and exhibit constructive behavior under pressure.
