Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Acquire a thorough understanding of Team Velocity's processes, account management, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo.

• Assist in the preparation of Customer Success documentation, including meeting agendas, reporting decks, and general Client communications.

• Engage in and document discussions during Client meetings and conference calls.

• Maintain regular communication with Account Teams regarding deliverables status and ongoing work using internal processes.

• Help address Client inquiries and needs promptly.

• Collaborate to troubleshoot production issues and errors; escalate problems when necessary.

• Comprehend Clients' objectives and effectively organize deliverables to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

• Resolve production challenges efficiently.

• Update and manage Clients' Consumer Portal(s).

• Acquire and uphold knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all participating manufacturers (Ford and Lincoln).

• Provide support to the Account Management team with additional tasks as required.

• Anticipate client deliverables; proactively complete tasks whenever possible.

• Share the responsibility for 100% Client retention by collaborating with the team to nurture client relationships, while proactively identifying risks or opportunities.

• Be a positive, proactive, and productive member of the brand team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Previous agency experience is preferred.

• Experience in an Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized, with a strong focus on tasks and details.

• Must possess critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write, listen, and articulate information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects proactively.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and set objectives.

• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

• Must maintain focus and exhibit constructive behavior under pressure.
