This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a dedicated support resource for assigned Account Managers.
• Fulfill reporting and data requirements in accordance with client and team needs.
• Handle troubleshooting for escalated issues related to claims, eligibility, and general account maintenance.
• Execute data audit requests as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Proactively and creatively develop solutions to meet client and team requirements.
• Adhere to established cross-functional Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
• 1-2+ years of operational or customer service/support experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or healthcare sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Able to communicate and present complex data and member scenarios clearly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Possess a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Comfortable working with ambiguous instructions.
