This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Compile reporting packages for GARs, QBRs, and MBRs.

• Assist in conducting variance analysis on revenue, costs, and margins.

• Maintain trackers for forecasting and budgeting.

• Aid in the month-end close process and prepare accruals.

• Monitor account profitability and utilization trends.

• Prepare, review, and issue sales invoices in accordance with contract specifications and billing requirements.

• Examine and follow up on project Work In Progress (WIP).

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable.

• Keep track of billing deadlines and resolve any discrepancies.

• Assist with audit requests and documentation (e.g., proof of service, invoice support).

• Reconcile timecards to ensure proper project coding.

• Review and verify timesheets for accurate labor tracking.

• Manage expense coding across various accounts.

• Review and approve employee expense reports in compliance with policy and client/account requirements.

• Track employee absences.

• Report on HR metrics.

• Support workforce planning efforts.

• Oversee and maintain data quality and account setup across systems to guarantee accurate billing and reporting.

• Lead weekly operational sync meetings with account teams.

• Coordinate the ordering of branded apparel, PPE, and safety supplies.

• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and Intacct.

• Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.

• Maintain records and reporting for operations.

• Manage contract change controls.

• Administer annual CPI increases.

• Document contract expansions and extensions.

• Facilitate early dispute resolution.

• Ensure adherence to documentation and approval requirements.

• Collaborate with Tax and Accounting to assess service taxability and financial implications.

• Monitor vendor costs to ensure appropriate billing treatment and accurate margins.

• Work with Vendor Management to coordinate vendor onboarding and purchase order creation.

• Keep contract and purchase order documentation organized.

• Track contract expirations and renewals.

• Process goods receipts and confirm services rendered.

• Act as a primary point of contact bridging Finance, Operations, and Client teams.

• Enhance revenue assurance and cost control at the account level.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through timely and accurate reporting.

• Ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through delivery.

• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues promptly.

• Lead or assist in process improvement and automation initiatives across Salesforce, Intacct, UKG, Smartsheet, Power Query, and related tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account coordination, finance operations, billing, or a comparable role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas).

• Experience with ERP or financial systems (such as Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and meet competing deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-facing presence.

• Preferred: Experience within the data center, mission-critical, or technology services sectors.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, UKG, Smartsheet, and Power Query.

• Exposure to contract administration, vendor management, or audit support.

• Previous experience supporting QBRs, MBRs, or executive-level reporting.
