This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee client projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Arrange meetings and monitor progress to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Assess campaign templates for accuracy prior to launch.
• Upload and organize assets using Canva, Google Drive, and internal systems.
• Clean, format, and manage data within Google Sheets or Excel.
• Assist with campaign setup and guarantee readiness for execution.
• Maintain documentation and internal trackers across various accounts.
• Proactively identify and flag issues early to avert delays.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to quickly spot inconsistencies.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Experience with spreadsheets, including VLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and basic data formatting.
• Familiarity with Canva for editing or organizing basic campaign assets.
• Experience using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in scheduling and coordinating meetings using Google Calendar or Calendly.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and basic data tasks.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to work directly with clients and internal teams.
• Unlimited PTO and recognized US holidays.
• This position is full-time, consisting of 8-hour shifts, approximately totaling 40 hours per week.
