This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries
• Tasked with providing customers with details regarding product pricing, features, and availability
• Charged with creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities
• Accountable for developing presentation formats and compiling data for sales presentations
• Responsible for documenting all order-related activities across various systems
• Ensures that records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints are kept up-to-date
• Manages a high volume of inbound and outbound emails
• Provides general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or direct promotional sales
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to various types of personalities
• Preferred experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
• Basic familiarity with NetSuite is preferred
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
