This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist implementation and client management teams with all daily client needs.
• Accountable for the timely and precise management and execution of all client benefit requests, which include benefit modifications, eligibility updates, and new implementations.
• Evaluate incoming client requests and collaborate with both internal and external teams to finalize necessary plan documentation.
• Aid in the implementation of new plans, pricing structures, and networks, aligning with strategic or administrative goals.
• Direct pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to ensure coding accuracy.
• Conduct claim reviews to proactively detect discrepancies or inaccuracies and formulate solutions to resolve them.
• Address and resolve issues raised by sponsors and members, escalating when necessary.
• Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding claims processing and system configuration.
• Oversee the integration of additional data inputs into client management processes.
• Work collaboratively across functions to support general client operations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in PBM/health plan, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to foster trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, delivering high performance, meeting deadlines, and achieving objectives.
• Competent in working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly adaptable, exceptionally organized, and proficient in adjusting priorities as needed.
