This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and sustain marketing strategies and account plans for designated enterprise health system clients.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership to prioritize accounts and implement cohesive plans.
• Create and execute customized, multi-channel ABM campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, events, and digital experiences.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to craft account- and persona-specific messaging and materials for clinical, IT, and executive audiences.
• Monitor account engagement, pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and success rates using intent data and insights.
• Oversee the ABM technology stack, which includes Demandbase, HubSpot, and Salesforce, to coordinate campaigns, identify buying signals, and evaluate impact.
• Plan and implement targeted marketing initiatives, such as executive events and healthcare conferences.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and facilitate alignment between marketing and sales to secure enterprise accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on account-based marketing or enterprise demand generation for high-ACV sales.
• Proven success in building pipelines within named enterprise accounts and linking marketing activities to realized revenue.
• Proficient in ABM platforms and marketing/CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
• Comfortable working with intent and engagement data.
• Capability to develop account plans in collaboration with Account Executives and share responsibility for pipeline success.
• Excellent writing and messaging judgment, including the ability to translate clinical or technical value propositions for executive stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish a marketing function from the ground up.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, overseeing a function from start to finish.
• Preferred: experience in marketing to hospitals or health systems, along with knowledge of clinical, IT, security, and procurement purchasing processes.
• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare IT, including EHRs, clinical workflows, and priorities for CMIO and clinical informatics.
