Account Associate – Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the account team in executing daily administrative duties

• Ensure that no liabilities arise from errors or omissions

• Address basic and routine administrative and customer service inquiries

• Assist in overseeing the daily functions of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant

• Manage endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, policy releases, and check requests

• Keep accurate and current data in agency systems

• Deliver proactive and responsive service

• Ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance brokerage and client requirements

• Active licensing is mandatory

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
