Accident and Health Claims Examiner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and research on claim issues that range from moderate to complex difficulties.

• Understand intricate workflows, policy certificates, and the provisions outlined within policies.

• Assess and apply policy provisions during the processing of received claims.

• Request and gather essential documentation necessary for claim processing and consideration, which includes scheduling follow-ups for documentation.

• Accurately issue benefit payments in compliance with CBP policy, industry standards, and relevant TPA or SLA agreements.

• Meticulously document required information within the claims system, encompassing follow-up details.

• Handle incoming calls within designated queues and/or provide overflow support for the CSR team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Ability to operate independently within set guidelines.

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are essential.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is expected.
