This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Collaborate as a member of the team in providing addiction treatment services to patients and their families.
• Conduct clinical screenings to assess the requisite level of care.
• Assist in handling, screening, and triaging inquiry calls.
• Inform callers about Rosecrance and engage clients who present as clinically appropriate.
• Arrange Access screenings for potential clients and their significant others.
• Develop an initial diagnostic impression and make suitable recommendations during the inquiry and assessment phases.
• Deliver case management to assigned patients.
• Apply intervention skills as necessary to ensure patients are placed in the appropriate level of treatment services.
• Record information in patient service records in compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CADC certification or the ability to obtain it within 24 months.
• A minimum of two years of preferred experience in addiction treatment.
• Proven clinical competency in documentation.
• Sufficient written communication skills to accurately complete necessary documentation within the specified timeframes.
