
Access Management Analyst – L1 Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver first-line support for access management requests and incidents.
• Ensure access provisioning is timely, accurate, and adheres to policies.
• Identify inconsistencies in processes or documentation and escalate to L2 & L3 for review and correction if necessary.
• Maintain SLA levels according to established objectives within the defined scope.
• Oversee access requests (creation, modification, and removal).
• Implement Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes.
• Conduct identity verification.
• Manage basic incidents and service requests.
• Adhere to SOPs and escalate complex issues to L2/L3.
• Ensure accurate ticket documentation in ServiceNow.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs.
• Assist with audits and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Fundamental knowledge of IAM concepts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar platforms).
• Experience with SAP authorizations (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English: advanced level (mandatory).
• ITIL Foundation certification (desired).
