This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Gather, assess, analyze, and refresh student enrollment information to maintain data accuracy.

• Prepare and submit enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse in compliance with Department of Education standards.

• Investigate and rectify discrepancies in enrollment data and test report/data modifications.

• Address inquiries and fulfill data requests related to the National Student Loan Database System SSCR reports.

• Track, update, and distribute effective-date information for course and session cancellations/withdrawals.

• Assist in VA and Title IV compliance audits.

• Evaluate student-athlete eligibility according to NAIA and Park University guidelines.

• Review academic transcripts, NAIA records, test scores, and other relevant documents to ascertain eligibility.

• Notify coaches and athletic personnel regarding eligibility concerns and provide eligibility rosters to NAIA.

• Collect and share individual and team athletic statistics for NAIA recognition.

• Assess retroactive withdrawal requests and establish effective dates.

• Implement administrative withdrawals and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

• Deliver customer service to students and faculty/staff through phone and email interactions.

• Assist with matters related to transcripts, enrollment/degree verification, grading, graduation checks, and course scheduling.

• Keep precise records of programs available at campus centers and locations for state reporting purposes.

• Support various office projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Prior experience in higher education is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• High proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for analyzing large datasets.

• Familiarity with Jenzabar or a Student Information System (SIS) is preferred.

• Attention to detail is crucial.

• Strong analytical capabilities are required.

• Ability to interpret and implement complex rules and regulations effectively.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• Sound judgment, particularly in enforcing policies and regulations, is essential.

• Understanding of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations is important.
