This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Paraguay.

📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on the establishment, launch, and commercial operations of the company in Paraguay.

• Draft, review, and validate commercial, corporate, and partnership contracts.

• Offer legal support on matters related to corporate structure, governance, and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate the necessary legal documentation for the company's activities.

• Assist in processes related to hiring personnel from a corporate legal perspective.

• Collaborate effectively with management, accountants, and external advisors.

• Identify legal risks and propose preventive solutions.

• Support any legal needs associated with the company's growth and consolidation in Paraguay.

• Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or business law.

• Experience advising companies or participating in the formation and corporate development processes.

• Ability to draft and review legal documentation with technical expertise and a business-oriented perspective.

• Autonomous, solution-oriented, organized, and proactive profile.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with various departments.

• Experience in expanding companies, international structures, or corporate environments will be valued.

• Experience in company formation or business expansion.

• Knowledge of formal hiring processes in Paraguay.

• Practical business insight, not just legal knowledge.

• Ability to support a company during its growth and structuring phase.
