Abogado Jr. Bilingüe – Derecho de Inmigración

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial workload from inception to resolution, with a focus on family-based relief.

• Prepare, review, and finalize application packages according to firm standards, ensuring all required evidence is included and quality controlled.

• Conduct interview appointments with clients and prepare both clients and documentation for USCIS interviews.

• Respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence promptly and within strict deadlines.

• Process review returns and manage client callbacks in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly with clients throughout their case, explaining processes and managing expectations.

• Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm’s legal database.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume immigration law; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.

• Proven ability to handle complex case types and meet strict deadlines independently.

• Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in legal case management systems; experience with Filevine is preferred.
