• Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives from strategy development to activation.
• Create scalable personalization systems leveraging AI-driven copy, dynamic messaging frameworks, and persona-based segmentation.
• Develop innovative multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, video, etc.) customized for specific company types, roles, and buying signals.
• Take ownership of lead generation strategy, pinpointing new account targets, refining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and establishing programs that consistently reveal high-fit prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and BDR Managers to convert account intelligence into personalized outreach that resonates with individuals.
• Test, evaluate, and refine campaign performance, managing open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, and sourced pipeline.
• Identify and operationalize buying signals (intent data, product usage, job postings, website visits) into triggered campaign strategies.
• 4+ years of experience in a go-to-market (GTM), demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing role demonstrating measurable pipeline impact.
• Proven track record in executing account-based marketing programs that generate meetings, beyond just awareness campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in scaling personalization using AI tools, dynamic copy frameworks, and segmentation logic.
• Excellent copywriting skills, capable of crafting cold emails that elicit responses and LinkedIn messages that feel genuine.
• Experience with multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, video, direct mail) and the discernment to select the appropriate channel for each initiative.
• Comfortable working with data; able to analyze spreadsheets, identify trends, and translate account characteristics into messaging strategies.
• Familiarity with technical tools: Clay for personalization workflows and enrichment (must be comfortable; deep expertise not necessary).
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot (campaign tracking, contact/company properties, sequences).
• Experience with outbound platforms like Instantly.ai, SmartLead, HeyReach, or Lemlist.
• Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for ABM targeting and social prospecting.
• Knowledge of intent/signal data; familiarity with Bombora, G2, or similar platforms is a plus.
