ABAP/SCI Trainee Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and ongoing management of ABAP programs.

• Engage in the development and improvement of integrations utilizing the SAP Integration Suite.

• Help analyze the connections between SAP systems and legacy systems.

• Provide support for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to integrations and custom developments.

• Take part in the technical documentation of solutions, integration processes, and developed objects.

• Contribute to the implementation of development, governance, and quality best practices.

• Aid in implementation, enhancement, and application support projects for SAP solutions.

• Join in training and technical development initiatives related to the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently studying or has completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Fundamental understanding of programming logic and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Keen interest in SAP ABAP development and integration technologies.

• Familiarity with APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

• Intermediate proficiency in English for technical documentation reading.

• A proactive and collaborative attitude with a strong dedication to continuous learning.

• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP is advantageous.

• Exposure to or coursework in SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite is beneficial.

• Involvement in academic or personal projects related to system integrations is a plus.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub is favorable.

• Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages is an asset.

• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors or HR processes is advantageous.

• SAP certifications, participation in SAP Learning Journey courses, or SAP training programs are a plus.
