ABA Recruiter – 6 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for RBT positions across various locations (including the Greater Denver Area and Tulsa, Oklahoma).

• Identify and engage potential candidates, primarily utilizing Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

• Conduct preliminary interviews and assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Organize interviews with leadership and ensure a swift progression of the hiring process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as scheduling, onboarding, and payroll) to facilitate a seamless experience.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting (high-volume recruitment experience is a significant advantage).

• Familiarity with or a keen interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Capable of working independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on follow-through.

• Adaptable—able to adjust quickly when priorities change.
