This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership, oversight, planning, and execution for SaaS implementation projects.
• Drive the entire implementation process, engaging with customers from planning through execution and launch.
• Cultivate customer relationships and tailor implementation strategies to meet their needs.
• Oversee customer data assessments, extraction setups, wholesaler integrations, and software configurations.
• Educate customers on software functionalities and facilitate their transition to the live project phase.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the Verity program and coordinate additional resources as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales during the transition from contract to implementation.
• Ensure effective communication with Pharmacy and TPA partners as well as Verity stakeholders.
• Work closely with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and Account Management teams.
• Manage the transition of completed projects to account management.
• Follow and enhance project and procedural workflows.
• Create and maintain internal and client-facing documentation.
• Utilize document and project management platforms to execute tasks.
• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technology implementation and project management, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations is advantageous.
• Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software solutions is highly valued.
• Customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to surpassing expectations.
• Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems related to customer data and/or the Verity Solutions database schema.
• Proficient in MS Office, with expert-level skills in Excel required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking and managing several implementation projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for customer support and technical troubleshooting.
• For remote or occasional work-from-home arrangements, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
