Zone Trainer – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Onboarding, mentoring, and nurturing sales professionals

• Working in close partnership with sales leadership while integrating into the commercial organization

• Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring ongoing success through skills enhancement

• Assessing sales capability requirements within the Zone and creating targeted development programs

• Acting as the main point of contact to lead and coordinate the onboarding and training journey

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and customer needs

• Preferred expertise in sales skills or field training
