This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and manage ABA treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship to behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Support families in understanding client progress.
• Collaborate closely with the State Director.
• Create, monitor, and enhance ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), update client programs, and track their progress.
• Offer coaching and support to parents.
• Ensure quality documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate monthly training sessions.
• Stay updated with research and disseminate best practices among the team.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or a qualifying licensed healthcare professional).
• Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children’s, UHC, and WellPoint.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years in Applied Behavior Analysis, preferably in a remote setting.
• Experience in developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor is preferred.
