Zone Trainer – Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• The Zone Sales Trainer works closely with Zone and Regional leadership to pinpoint capability gaps, design specific development initiatives, and offer personalized coaching to enhance performance.

• Facilitate and/or Assist in the delivery of structured training programs, which may encompass new hire training, skills training, product launches, or advanced training initiatives.

• Act as the main contact to lead and coordinate the onboarding and training pathway for new sales personnel, collaborating with leadership to expedite competency development and initial performance.

• Regularly assess all sales training efforts to identify areas for enhancement and promote overall effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial sales.

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, possessing a thorough understanding of the market landscape and customer needs.

• Proficiency in sales skills or field training is preferred.
