Zone Manager – DRP Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Mentor and train the DRP Implementation Managers on GM’s Digital Retail Platform strategy, processes, and platform.

• Directly oversee teams situated in the North Central and Northeast regions.

• Enhance team capabilities in GM’s Digital Retail Platform strategy, processes, and platform.

• Guide and instruct DRP Implementation Managers to bolster platform knowledge, increase implementation efficiency, and promote the adoption of best practices.

• Manage daily team operations, including direct oversight of DRP Implementation Managers across multiple SSM regions.

• Establish, track, and refine team KPIs to assess DRP implementation success and overall team performance.

• Provide insights to the team regarding DRP utilization and dealer activities.

• Foster consistency across regions by standardizing implementation processes, playbooks, and performance expectations.

• Offer feedback and insights to DRP Directors, Divisional Leadership, and GM Senior Leaders on DRP Implementation.

• Assist in overseeing various external partners involved in the ongoing development and support of the DRP and DRP Implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales and service (multi-discipline, field, corporate).

• Proven experience managing cross-channel programs.

• Familiarity with interfacing automotive dealers.

• Experience in customer experience-focused initiatives.

• Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and analytics.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the operation and implementation of Digital Retailing Tools (required) (DRP, Roadster, Gubagoo, etc.).

• Knowledge and experience in the Retail Innovation sector.

• Project management experience preferred.

• Required training in the education field.
