This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Oversee and coordinate construction timelines for residential homes across various neighborhoods, ensuring compliance with Century Complete objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and conduct customer orientations throughout the construction phase.
• Complete all essential documentation for homes currently under construction.
• Guide vendors towards enhanced performance and report to Century Complete Support when vendors do not fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Conduct daily inspections to uphold Quality Standards during the construction process.
• Ensure Job Site safety by performing routine site inspections.
• Establish and uphold erosion and sediment control measures on each job site.
• Manage biweekly payment authorizations for all vendors.
• Strive to reduce all unnecessary variance costs.
• Identify and communicate design or plan discrepancies to purchasing for evaluation.
• Source and recruit new vendors to collaborate with Century Complete.
• Complete necessary punch list tasks to minimize variances and meet closing deadlines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Management within residential or multi-family construction in a high-volume environment.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 Construction certification is required within 90 days of the hire date.
