Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Maintain the pod's focus, progress, and accountability.

• Take ownership of the delivery operating model — including sprint cadence, dependency management, risk identification, and communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with both the R&P team and client-side partners, driving momentum through uncertainty.

• Identify and address blockers before they escalate into issues.

• Ensure the pod meets its priorities consistently on a weekly basis.

• Comprehend AI product development and hold the team accountable while fostering strong client relationships operationally.

• This role emphasizes execution and accountability in a dynamic, high-stakes client environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development or technical delivery.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within agile frameworks, while adhering to tight timelines and quality standards.

• Proficiency in collaborating with engineering teams that develop agentic systems.

• Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Lucid.

• Ability to utilize delivery metrics and performance data to shape strategies and enhance outcomes.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities; adept at handling executive-level relationships and escalations.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical/project management certifications are highly preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI tools such as Claude, applying them in daily tasks for improved efficiency.

• Experience in educational or higher education settings, or leading intricate discovery and operational documentation projects, is a significant advantage.
