This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client engagements through Zoho training, implementation, and tailored development.

• Set clear goals and manage client expectations effectively.

• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients.

• Facilitate client success by providing training and comprehensive walkthroughs.

• Implement solutions utilizing a variety of Zoho One applications.

• Contribute to the company's goals and objectives, which includes creating content for YouTube focused on Zoho Projects.

• Engage with the community.

• Participate in internal meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices.

• Experience in implementing or administering CRM systems.

• Background in delivering business solutions using low-code platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, and PowerApps.

• Strong knowledge of REST API.

• Experience in managing organizational change initiatives.

• Proficient in the Zoho Deluge scripting language for automating workflows.

• Knowledgeable in essential Zoho applications: Projects, CRM, Desk, Campaigns, and Projects (preferred).

• A self-starter with excellent communication skills.
