This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the development, modernization, and execution of records classification frameworks and retention schedules
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business units, legal, privacy, audit, and IT
• Produce comprehensive documentation such as retention rationales, classification models, and procedures
• Over 5 years of experience in records management, information governance, compliance, or related fields
• Experience in regulated sectors such as financial services, public sector, or Crown corporations
• In-depth knowledge of records lifecycle management
• Strong analytical abilities to identify risks, gaps, and overlaps
• Capability to differentiate official records from transitory information
