Senior Consultant – Workday HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Configure and implement Workday solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to collect requirements and design scalable solutions.

• Support all stages of project delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate system issues.

• Offer guidance on enhancing usability and ensuring compliance.

• Document configurations and develop training materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical Workday HCM experience.

• Strong emphasis on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.

• Proven experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across various HCM modules.

• Solid understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is advantageous.
