Zoho Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Tailor and set up Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and reports.

• Create custom functions and automations using Deluge scripting.

• Connect Zoho applications with external platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.

• Utilize Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, Campaigns, Projects, and Flow.

• Evaluate business needs and suggest appropriate Zoho-based solutions.

• Resolve technical issues and enhance current applications and workflows.

• Execute data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation processes.

• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics for management-level insights.

• Develop technical documentation and offer training or support to users.

• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and clients.

• Provide résumé details of completed Zoho projects, applications used, and examples of Deluge scripts or integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in Zoho development or implementation.

• Extensive experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.

• Proficient in Deluge scripting.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.

• Comprehension of CRM processes, including leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and sales pipelines.

• Experience in workflow automation and custom functions.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
