• Take ownership of and oversee the configuration of Zoho One, including CRM, Desk, Creator, and Analytics.

• Develop and sustain custom applications in Zoho utilizing Deluge scripting.

• Design and automate workflows, blueprints, and approval processes across the various Zoho products.

• Create and manage custom functions, modules, and fields throughout the Zoho platforms.

• Generate reports and dashboards within Zoho platforms to aid in business decision-making.

• Establish and maintain integrations between Zoho and external tools.

• Utilize Zoho Flow, custom APIs, or middleware solutions to ensure reliable system connections.

• Maintain data integrity across platforms by cleaning up erroneous data, repairing broken workflows, and preventing future complications.

• Thoroughly document all integrations, data flows, and custom logic.

• Serve as the in-house Zoho subject matter expert and the primary point of escalation for issues.

• Actively seek out inefficiencies in current workflows and propose enhancements.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Zoho One applications.

• Proficient in Deluge scripting, which is Zoho's native programming language.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining third-party integrations, such as REST APIs, Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar tools.

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage your own schedule, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to independently diagnose broken workflows or data issues.
