Senior PeopleSoft Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules.

• Implement technical solutions that align with business requirements.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices.

• Assist with testing, deployments, and ongoing production support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – OR – Four (4) additional years of experience in Information Technology without a degree.

• Five (5) years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM developer in a classified setting.

• Expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HRMS (versions 9.x, Payroll, Time & Labor).

• Familiarity with development tools such as Process Scheduler, Application Engine, Batch Processing, and Data Mover.

• Programming skills in: PeopleCode, COBOL 11, ASP, JavaScript, SQR, and HTML.

• Security Clearance: Must possess an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance with either SCI or SCI eligibility.
