This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert (SME) for all aspects concerning Yardi Voyager (Commercial/Retail module) and associated applications (e.g., CommercialCafe, Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting).
• Oversee user provisioning, custom security roles, workflow approvals, and system menus to guarantee data security and compliance.
• Lead the technical onboarding, data migration, and configuration of newly acquired commercial retail assets within the Yardi database.
• Monitor, test, and implement updates, plug-ins, and new module rollouts for the Yardi system, ensuring uninterrupted daily business operations.
• Assist the property management and accounting teams with intricate, retail-specific configurations, including Common Area Maintenance (CAM) setups, tax/insurance reconciliations, and recovery settings.
• Supervise the technical configuration and execution of Percentage Rent criteria, gross sales monitoring, and flexible retail leasing structures.
• Resolve system errors related to retail lease administration, tenant billings, and recurring charge schedules.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR), Yardi Correspondence, or SQL/SSRS to facilitate executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to enhance data flow, automate manual processes, and ensure data integrity across all portfolios.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Yardi Expertise: A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on administration experience specifically within Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail. *(Applications with solely residential or multifamily experience will not be accepted).*
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate accounting principles, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanisms (CAM, recurring charges, overage rent).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Yardi database structures, database mapping, and the creation of custom reports (YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL query writing).
• Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
• - Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF).
• - Familiarity with implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals.
• - Previous experience in a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm.
