This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists in the design, development, and optimization of the Workday HCM system, with a focus on Recruiting.
• Leads and participates in design discussions to identify user requirements, translating them into effective solutions while advising users on best practices and interdepartmental dependencies.
• Develops and maintains customized reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
• Evaluates data flow, processes, and configurations to propose enhancements aimed at improving quality and efficiency.
• Offers troubleshooting assistance to employees and HR personnel in completing transactions and adjusting back-end configurations.
• Aids in the implementation and testing of configuration modifications.
• Contributes to the management of Recruiting, Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and Open Enrollment).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 4 years of expertise in system administration and HR processes.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Workday Administration experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Relevant background in Workday Report Writing and Dashboard creation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel.
