This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and address all incoming Yardi support tickets within one hour of the SLA.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring clear communication with requestors throughout the process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Yardi vendor support with comprehensive, well-documented cases and manage them until a resolution is reached.
• Provide Yardi training to users based on recurring ticket submissions to reduce future issues.
• Continuously audit and maintain user access, promptly deactivating accounts for departing employees.
• Oversee department-level changes as the organization grows, including activating and deactivating departments as necessary.
• Configure property lists and system settings for each newly onboarded asset to ensure properties are displayed correctly across all relevant views, reports, and modules from the transition date.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to create and maintain custom reports tailored to Sentral’s requirements.
• Execute the complete Yardi shutdown process for properties being disposed of, guaranteeing a smooth system handoff.
• 3+ years of practical Yardi Voyager experience in a multifamily residential setting, showcasing a broad understanding of platform modules.
• In-depth working knowledge of the entire Yardi platform, encompassing leasing & residential (Voyager, RentCafe, screening, lease execution, renewals); marketing (ILS feeds, listings, pricing, availability syncs); accounting & finance (GL, AR/AP, CAM reconciliations, bank syncs); maintenance (work orders, vendor setup, inspections); reporting (custom reports including AR aging); and system administration (users, roles, departments, property lists, corp/CPall groups).
• Experience in managing department structures and consolidated reporting groups (corporate and CPall) within Yardi.
• Experience in configuring property lists and system settings during the onboarding and transition of new assets.
• Experience in setting up properties, units, and marketing configurations from the ground up, preferably during a transition or acquisition phase.
• Proven capability to manage user access and role-based permissions with a solid understanding of security best practices.
• Proven ability to prioritize and respond to support requests under time constraints typical of SLA agreements.
• Strong written communication skills for ticket documentation, escalations, and cross-team collaboration.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
