This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, in addition to handling emails.
• Perform daily outbound calls to clients with outstanding services.
• Oversee a range of service processes across various automotive brands.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Keep updated on current service promotions and offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and various internal departments.
