This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to incoming support inquiries with a positive attitude and empathy for users.
• Assess and resolve client issues by working collaboratively with sales, product, data, and/or engineering teams.
• Possess a foundational understanding of the primary business line and can provide basic support for Digital.
• Escalate complex or urgent matters following established protocols.
• Follow guidance from Leadership to adhere to team claiming standards.
• Leverage internal documentation to provide precise support.
• Keep thorough records of client interactions and the resolutions provided.
• Engage in team meetings and participate in skills training sessions.
• At least one year of experience in compliance, fundraising, and/or using email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits.
• Experience with NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder as part of daily responsibilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, logical problem-solving capabilities, and a readiness to learn.
• Professional phone etiquette and enduring patience.
• Proven self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Effective collaboration skills, with a track record of successful communication with internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, skilled at follow-up, and committed to ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Previous experience in teaching or training, including mentoring, tutoring, and/or software support.
